Overlapping Action Assignment

    This assignment, I wanted to stick with more or a fantastical/old fashioned theme with the lantern and candle. For the main moving object or "platform" in this animation is the lantern, while the effected object or main "pendulum" is the flame on the candle. The lantern is moved by the wind, and the flame of the candle "swings" in the opposite direction of the action. 

I had export issues and I am unsure why the video flickers a few times in the beginning. It doesn't show in the harmony file, and I've tried multiple times to save and export the video in multiple places.
